Our Incident Command car went into service at RFRD in late 2015 after countless hours of preparation. A custom cabinet was installed in the back holding radios, incident administrative equipment, EMS Bag, and an SCBA. The new Car 440 was acquired from South Shore Fire Department, with significant contributions to the aesthetics from Custom Painted Vehicles in Raymond Township.

The pride and joy of RFRD's firefighter's - First rig out the door; you see responders scrambling to get on this one.  Engine 421 is our 1st due to scene on structure fires. This is used for MABAS Engine Requests to our neighbors, as well as automatic aid to Union Grove/Yorkville and Wind Lake.

Our second out Ambulance, 432 has served as a first line Ambulance for many years. EMS calls make up a majority of our runs, and in fact most calls the ambulance is due to the scene. 432 is used for our MABAS calls, where RFRD is frequently called to many of southern Milwaukee County suburbs and our neighbors to the east.

Tender 462 was welcome addition to our Department in 2007. This pumper/tanker can do just about anything. Typically this vehicle is our primary water delivery unit; but when the driveway is long, you will find 462 at the end of the driveway supplying water to the fire scene. No one minds running this tanker with ability to dump water without even getting out the truck!

200 acres of corn field blazing... No Problem! Our Brush Truck has extinguished many acres of burned agriculture fields, residential yards, swamps in the middle of winter. Thanks to the generosity of a local Raymond resident, RFRD acquired the John Deere Gator  and was quickly equipped to serve as our all-terrain rescue vehicle. The unit has brought patients back to the roadside from hundreds of yards out. It has also complimented our fleet during special events such as RCBO's Fourth of July Festival in Raymond

Tender 461 is the 2nd oldest vehicle in our fleet, however it has the longest tenure. 461 was purchased from Wick's Lumber as a flatbed around 1995. It was converted to a basic tanker shuttle to meet our needs.

In 2016 RFRD retired 471 to make room for an enclosed trailer to hold UTV 474 and other equipment 473 would not hold. The former grass rig was re-purposed by the Town of Raymond and transferred to the DPW fleet.

Previously the oldest in the fleet! Utility 473 was a good old Step Van that was generously donated by WE Energies in the late 90's and was quickly customized to hold some of most valuable equipment.  473 responded for structure fires, county dive rescue, Hazardous Material responses. It was phased out, the vehicle was sold on Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction in December 2016. The equipment was moved to previous 431 now 473.
